How can we take our meditation practice into our lives as a powerful agent of change and stability in a chaotic world? 🧘🏼🌎

Come explore a problem or goal that means a lot to you – but that you still struggle to make progress towards.We’ll enjoy a mix of meditation and reflection on how connecting with our own passion, care, and meaning can actually help us transform our current circumstances. And this is critical, especially when life seems to go against us, it can be really easy to fall out of love with what we are doing and why we are doing it.

The programme will be guided by Nico @cumulonicolas from Here Be Dragons Coaching. A life-long student of Sogyal Rinpoche and Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, Nico is a Depth Coach who grew up in a Buddhist family in the West. For the past 5 years, he has worked at the intersection of Tibetan Buddhism, human-centered design, and Jungian & Gestalt approaches to coaching and psychotherapy. He primarily works as a depth coach for people who have ADHD, helping them achieve all that they dream of in this lifetime.

Urban Mindfulness 6 Weeks Summer Course

Berlin is amazing, but intense. Between packed U-Bahns, piling work, and the city’s general energy, it’s easy to run on empty and feel completely overwhelmed by the end of the day. What we usually do: We try to escape. We book weekend retreats, a spa day at Vabali or nature trips to find calm. While those are great, they don’t help when we’re actually in the thick of our daily lives. We need a way to handle stress on the spot:

•⁠ ⁠During a tough conversation at work or in your relationship
•⁠ ⁠When you feel like you are drowning in work
•⁠ ⁠When a grumpy neighbor threatens to ruin your day

This is what I call Urban Mindfulness. It is the practice of dealing with everyday challenges the moment they arise in a busy city like Berlin, creating a steady foundation for navigating life.
You will learn practical tools to stop the overwhelmingness and feel balanced. You won’t have to learn complicated techniques or stress over fitting another task into your schedule. Instead, Urban Mindfulness weaves seamlessly into your daily routine.
